Mr James Selvaraj graduated from the University of London in 1996 and was admitted as an advocate and solicitor to the Singapore Bar in July 2011.

He has experience in the Real Estate Industry for the past 15 years handling Property Management as well as acting as an in house Legal Manager for several large real estate firms during this period.

Mr James is experienced in Landlord and Tenant matters as well as MCST matters, Conveyancing, Mediations, Dispute Resolution and appearing before the Strata Titles' Board.  He lectures regularly at real estate firms.
